• Fully equipped kitchen: Shared use of a stove, hob, washing machine and air fryer. Each person has their own cupboard and shelf/rack in the fridge. 
• Comfortable communal lounge: Shared living room with couches and a television, ideal for relaxing after a busy day of studying.
• Washing lines are outside and a timetable is used to manage laundry times. 
• Outside table and chairs to relax, chat and unwind. 
• Cleaning services included: Enjoy the convenience of cleaning services for the property.
• Gardening services included: Outdoor areas are maintained for you.
• Electricity included: Subject to a capped usage allowance. Additional appliances may not be kept or used in the rooms.

A room with ample light and would be suitable for someone who is light-sensitive. Has a beautiful fireplace for decoration and is fully furnished with bed, cupboards, desk and chair. 

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking two female students who are responsible, considerate and happy to share communal facilities. The facilities are well-managed and all parties must comply with the rules. Guest visits are limited and sleepovers are not permissable.
